About

I know what it is like to own the number.

I started in network engineering, built and led E-Commerce businesses, and stayed close to the work through two acquisitions. That range helps me see how technology, marketing, operations, and people affect the same result.

How I got here

I learned E-Commerce from the infrastructure up.

I began in broadband infrastructure, building the networks that made online commerce possible. That engineering background still shapes how I think about platforms, data, integrations, and the business risk behind technical decisions.

At Ryan’s Pet Supplies, I built the E-Commerce operation from a catalog extension into a national online channel. At skinbetter science, I led DTC growth and a platform migration through the company’s acquisition by L’Oréal.

Along the way, I co-founded ElixirGrow Technologies and built its digital and B2B acquisition foundation. I started eComStrategics to bring that full range of experience directly to companies that need practical help making a difficult decision or moving stalled work forward.

I have managed P&Ls, hired teams, negotiated with vendors, and stayed late to fix broken integrations before high-volume trading days. I know the difference between a recommendation that sounds good and one a team can actually carry out.

How I work

What you can expect from me.

01

Measure before guessing

I want us to know what changed, what worked, and what no longer deserves time or budget.

02

Build something the team can keep using

A useful engagement leaves behind clearer decisions, better tools, and a way of working that lasts.

03

Move fast enough to learn

I would rather test a sound idea, measure it, and improve it than spend months polishing a theory.

04

Leave the client stronger

The strategy, dashboard, and process belong to you. The goal is progress, not dependence on me.

05

Own the result

My advice is shaped by years of carrying the number, managing vendors, and fixing failures myself.

06

Use AI where it helps

I use automation to remove repetitive work while keeping judgment, review, and responsibility with people.

If we work together, you will work directly with me.
