Website terms.

These terms govern use of the eComStrategics website and public technical-readiness audit. A signed consulting agreement controls any client engagement.

Informational content

Website content is general information, not legal, financial, investment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. It may not fit your business, technology, market, or legal obligations.

What does the readiness audit measure?

The audit examines a limited sample of publicly accessible technical and content signals at a point in time. It measures readiness and evidence coverage; it does not measure or guarantee rankings, traffic, indexation, AI citations, revenue, or future platform behavior. Results can be incomplete when a site blocks requests, times out, renders content only after interaction, or changes after the scan.

No guaranteed outcomes

Search engines, answer systems, advertising platforms, customer demand, and competitors are outside eComStrategics’ control. Examples and case studies provide context about past work; they do not promise that another business will achieve the same result.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or audit to:

Intellectual property and links

Original site content and design are owned by eComStrategics or used with permission. You may link to public pages and quote short portions with attribution, but may not republish substantial content or present it as your own. Third-party links are provided for context and do not imply control or endorsement.

Availability and liability

The website is provided “as available” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. eComStrategics is not liable for decisions made from website or audit content, service interruptions, third-party services, or indirect and consequential losses arising from website use.

Changes and contact

The service and these terms may change. Continued use after a posted update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to contact@ecomstrategics.com.
