FoundedByZ: From a generic Wix template to a custom Next.js platform
A speaking and sales-education practice gained a distinctive, fast site with clear offers, qualified conversion paths, scheduling, and a stronger technical search foundation.

The operating context
The previous template site looked interchangeable with other professional-services sites, lacked a useful scheduling path, and did not give the founder’s methodology enough room to become a recognizable entity.
The platform also carried an ongoing subscription cost without delivering the technical or editorial control the business needed.
02 · Work
What changed
Built dedicated pages for the methodology, services, speaking, insights, and testimonials within a custom design system.
Replaced a raw email call to action with a segmented inquiry path and direct scheduling, then added canonical metadata, structured data, a sitemap, and explicit crawler directives.
03 · Outcome
Results, with the evidence attached
The new property recorded a 100-point SEO-readiness snapshot in the public eComStrategics audit and removed the prior website-platform subscription.
