The operating context
Ryan’s had meaningful regional recognition and a strong catalog business, but the online channel had not yet become a scaled national growth engine.
The opportunity spanned the full system: storefront, merchandising, acquisition, email, organic discovery, conversion, measurement, and the operating cadence behind them.

What changed
Built the E-Commerce operation end to end, implemented Klaviyo for lifecycle marketing, optimized the purchase funnel, and ran the organic-search program.
After the parent-company acquisition, managed the multi-brand storefront portfolio on Shopify Plus.

Online revenue reportedly increased 500% across four years, with material gains from email and organic traffic and a lower cart-abandonment rate.
The channel matured from a supporting sales path into a national operation with repeatable acquisition and retention systems.
